The worst and the most publicly known engineering college of Mumbai University

As you must be knowing that DTE CAP round will be starting from next week.
Over here I want to tell you 1 college which you should avoid at any cost even if it means to go outside of Mumbai to stay in hostel.

This college Lilivati Awhad Institute of Technology, MS&R in Badlapur recently was in controversy for failing to follow basic rules and norms:

After much despair and delay the results of First and Final year students were displayed that on MAY 9 just 4 days before MAY 13 when First year KT paper of Maths1 was to take place.

After this matter become public Hon. Medical Education Minister Shri Jitendra Awhad Mothers name Lilavati Awhad was removed from the college officially although DTE is still using Lilavati Awhad as the name.

Due to this matter the then existing principal Mr RV Karambelkar was sacked and went to jail alongside HoD narkhede and some other staff and the trustees squarely put the whole blame on Mr RV karambelkar although they are equally responsible for what happened as they were aware of full situation.

Friends this matter is now under investigation and if  proven this college might have to shutdown, so if you take admission in this college it very well may be that you will have to reappear in JEE Main again the next year.

Well why a similar case happened with students of Parvasnath college who took fresh admission for First Year in 2012.

the students who joined in 2012 had to forfeit their admission and reappear for CET in 2013.
